I will never support or endorse leaving your child alone to “cry it out” or use cry intensive strategies. I encourage you to use, when required, my Stay-and-Support Approach that allows you to be physically responsive, verbally reassuring and emotionally connected as you accompany your child; to always respond, to soothe and to calm them for the duration of their sleep learning journey…. until they feel more safe and secure in their own sleep ability. All the guidance provided is evidence-based, and practice informed.

I started your online course last week and it has really given me that extra bit of support and guidance that I needed alongside your books to settle our little one into a more consistent routine. I love Lucy’s approach but I just needed some extra refinements and the sleep plan course has helped with that.  WE don’t have the budget for a one to one consultation but this has been a perfect solution – it feels like she is working with you – on video through all of the stages. My approach in the courses is the same as in my books but the delivery to parents is different – based on feedback;  parents are often too tired to read and fully implement the guidance in the book with ease – the online sleep plan course is more like a one to one consultation, and although it is not specific to your baby, it is laid out for you to follow with the important changes explained  to you that many parents miss or overlook in the books, or do not feel confident enough to change;  and this affects their progress and goals. Here, you just progress through the easily digested course chapters that cover your plan to sleep in a linear way over 4-5 weeks – making changes and refinements that continually help you move towards your sleep goals.  It is straightforward, easy to use and effective.
